Fezziwig's Party Second Dance Rehearsal (The Irish Ceilidh)

On Wednesday 6th November we learned the second piece of choreography that we will perform in 'A Christmas Carol'. This dance was an Irish Ceilidh dance and will also be a part of Fezziwig's party scene. This is a much less formal dance than the waltz that we will perform. This dance is all about having fun and letting loose. This choreography was just as easy to learn as the Waltz and I can wait to perform them and have them filmed. However, this dance obviously is a lot more energetic than the other and we had to repeat it many times which required a lot of stamina. We were all very hot and bothered by the end of this choreography and I don't even want to imagine what we will be like when it comes to shooting this over and over in Victorian costumes.

As you can see, it is a very upbeat and happy dance which I look forward to doing!
