Last day of filming at Preston Park for 'A Christmas Carol'

On November 19th it was our last day of filming at Preston Park. On this day we finally filmed for Fezziwig's party. It's fair to say that this was the day I was silently dreading because it was the day we performed our dances that we had previously practiced. The day was quite slow and shorter scenes were filmed whilst we prepared for the dances.

Whilst I had some time spare, I was running through my lines for my scene that was to be filmed in the next couple of weeks. I also took a look around the set of Fezziwig's ball and was very impressed with how the scene had been set. I think it represented the time period down to a T.

We didn't start filming the two dance scenes until quite late in the day. We started at around 4:30pm because the crew was setting up the camera and working out the angles for the scene. Filming was supposed to wrap up by 5, so I think everyone started to get slightly stressed as time was ticking.
However, the scene was finished by 6 O'clock and everything seemed to work itself out.
