On May 14th 2020 it was my 52nd day in quarantine. Over the weeks I've been doing a lot of work and on this day Kelly announced that we had the opportunity to join Jack Howard and David Kirkbride on a zoom call. Obviously this was an amazing opportunity that I was not going to pass up and it made a lovely change from our usual work.
Jack Howard is an English Actor and Writer who also runs a YouTube channel. Howard had written and directed (as well as starred in) tens of different screenplays which have been very successful. He was on the zoom meeting to tell us the story of how he worked his way up into the industry and give us advice on what we can do and what he did in order to succeed. Howard has starred in shows such as 'Jack and Dean of All Trades' and 'Who Threw That?'. On the zoom call was also David Kirkbride who is a very successful English actor known for being in TV shows such as 'Lady Macbeth' and 'Crooked House'. The two men were very polite and kind and gave all of us some very valuable advice about the industry. This included thing such as how to approach auditions as well as lessons in being yourself. I was over the moon when meeting the two and I am very grateful that I got the opportunity to meet them and ask them questions as it was very helpful.
